Borussia Dortmund are keen on signing Chelsea winger Hakim Ziyech during the January transfer window, Bild claims.
The Morocco international has endured a tough 18 months with the Blues, and he is currently out-of-favour for a starting role.
Ziyech has failed to win the confidence of Thomas Tuchel amid his inconsistent displays, and he could leave in January.
According to Bild, the attacker is desperate to part ways with the west London club when the transfer window reopens this winter.
Dortmund failed with a loan approach for Callum Hudson-Odoi over the summer and they will make a similar move for Ziyech.
The Bundesliga giants will propose to sign the 28-year-old for a small loan fee with an option to buy at the end of the campaign.
It remains to be seen whether the Blues will sanction his sale. Thomas Tuchel blocked the loan exit of Hudson-Odoi earlier this year.
He recently said that Ziyech is an important player for the club, and could deny him a potential exit during the winter transfer window.
