A house exploded in Amherst, New Hampshire, on Friday morning, totally destroying it.
Firefighters were called to the home on Clark Avenue just before 9:30 a.m. A massive explosion was heard by neighbours, according to NBC10 Boston.
According to fire officials, one person on the scene was immediately taken to the hospital with a suspected burn injury. There was no immediate details about that person’s condition.

Only the charred remains of the building can be seen in aerial footage from the scene, which appears to have been nearly flattened by the explosion.
Officials said the house was still being built. Crews worked to keep other buildings in the neighbourhood safe from the fire that erupted as a result of the blast.
The home’s windows were discovered near Baboosic Lake.
